What have you been eating lately? What do you do for your exercise routine?

No change in diet and dietary habits since long. Blood sugar under fairly good control. HbA1c stands at 6.

I eat fat but not much. Two roties for lunch and dinner. Two slices of bread for b/f . How much to reduce carb ?

You mean ,

Two roties for lunch and two roties for dinner 🍴.

Then please reduce 1 rotie for lunch and 1 for dinner. And also cut the fat( not fully) ,take little bit.

Do you mean I should starve ?

patliputra ,

no one is saying anything about starving a person. They are saying that they want people to eat less at each meal and/or snack. You can cut certain foods in half and save the second half for later.

Starving means ketone diet.

How much less means less.

Cut in half and save. Less is down the middle and eat later the other half.

100 gms of wheat flour makes 6 roties. All weighed and calculated.

Bread slices are very thin and small.

As I said I am not overweight. BMI 23. So weight is not a problem.

Whatever diet I am taking, I can not reduceit. I tried one roti but felt weak, so stopped it.

I have deep reservations about calorie - energy theory as far as humanbody is concerned.

If your followingeverythng that's been recommended, you need to start weight training. Weight training insinerates fat all day unlike Cardio that burns fat only during your excisersesession. I hope this helps, as it can be so frustrating. Let me know how you make out

Patliputra,

I told initially,LCHF.

It means, low carbohydrates and high in fat(I mean for good fats but not too much).

It will control your HBA1C and pull your belly back to normal.

THANKS 🙏

have you tried bending exercises like surya namaskar etc.,.it would appear belly is least exercised part of body and ideal place to store excess food eaten which lever can,t accommodate .
