I feel tired all the time

Hi everyone as you know I'm a diabetic and has high blood pressure. Lately I have been feeling real tired all the time I just want to say down and do nothing.It's just don't feel rigth any body got any suggestions. Thank you

Tiredness or fatigue is one of the symptoms of either low blood sugar or high blood sugar.Check which is which and take action to normalize yourself.

Hi

Interested to know what the outcome of your doctors visit was. I too was suffering like you over 3 months ago. I am not diabetic and blood pressure is usually higher than docs would prefer. I really struggled and got the shakes with it. It does seem to have passed generally but took 2-3 months. All blood tests came back normal except low Vitamin D. Doc thinks I had a 'virus'

Had low vitamin D and posssuims was low too.Plus they change my iron pills dose too
