Can having a baby make you ill if you've hypothyroidism? My daughter's had 2 + Lupis tests and 1+ for coeliac. She's v poorly & desparate!

I have joined because of my daughter. She's 31 now but she started to show signs of illness at 11 and it was over a decade before they diagnosed over active thyroid. They treated it and now she's underactive and on thyroxine. she's been plagued with illness since giving birth nearly 2 years ago. We don't know where to turn and wonder if it's to do with her thyroid. They decided she did not have either lupis or coeliac.
