Hey this is new for me but lately I've had out of control mood swings, feeling numb, stress, inability to concentrate etc. I have already been treated with depression however I'm scared I might have bipolar disorder and I don't know how to tell anyone.

I would go back to your gp and tell him/her your concerns.

I know it's difficult, I tend to write things down when I'm going to see gp as I get a bit tongue tied 😩
