I have depression, anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I feel like as soon as I have one of them under control, another one starts acting up. It's extremely hard to be a responsible adult when I have so much keeping me from a normal life. Keeping up with a full time job is exhausting, having no energy to do chores or run errands is frustrating...does anyone else feel like this??
