Sorry - its me again! I have noticed that quite a lot of people take vitamin supplements whereas I don't take any.
Would be grateful for advice on what I should be taking and why. I have never been advised to take supplements by my medical team but am willing to try anything that could help.

Yes. By having PD your body is already depleted of the essential vitaminss. Anything for the brain is good. Omegas3, CoQ10, fish oil, the Bs, even D3. I had some lab work done a few years ago and found that I was very deficient in D3. It is cheap and it took about three months before I rrealized the difference. At first my doctors said just a Multics vitamin is enough. It was for awhile. I just take what I need and it has made a difference.
It seems the opinion is YES on the vitamins. I have taken them (many of them) for years and saw no difference. I stopped them and saw no difference. Now I am back on them again along with supplements and so far all I feel is a tummy ache after taking them. Good luck on whatever you decide.
