A question to lithium users

few people mentioned that they take 20 mg. In case of lithium orotate- 20 mg is summ of lithium and anion orotate, lithium is only 5 mg in the pill. However, some manufacturers put a label like lithium 20 mg on the bottle. So, when people say they take 20 mg, is it just a lithium or together with orotate?

5mg lithium metal, it's listed in the label

ALWAYS pay attention to label and specify the proper amount of the active ingredient, or the equivalent as indicated by the makers.

It's good that you asked people to specify. Effective communication is really of the essence and so important!.

~ 125-130mg Lithium Orotate = 5mg Lithium Metal.

You are right. It’s relatively large molecule(just checked the formula).

I actually upped my dose to 25 mg. I take 5, 5 mg Lithium Orotate capsules in the morning.
