Your self evaluation

Ok: First I really appreciate the Zoom interaction with few members. I do find interest in implementing B1 to see if it will help my wife . I do understand that it takes patience and time find the "sweet spot" the dose that is on the cusp of the balance. However to say that dose " works for me" or saying it makes me feel better is such a wide statement. Which is the relative you use to qualify the B1 or any othet type of intervention effectiveness? Are you using a UPDRS tool or a specific desired response . Like gait, finger snap, tremors. handwriting or ambulation ?Thanks

Good points. I think in Roy's B1 FB group he emphasizes the importance of videotaping your walking before starting B1 so you can compare later.

the best b1 therapy fb group is Parkinson’s b1 therapy and read Daphne Bryan’s book of the same name from Amazon. I have achieved amazing results from following the b1 sublingual protocol for almost two years. Balance good no dragging right foot, arm swing back, smile back, turn easy in bed, and much more

I wonder if anyone has studied if there in any value in playing drum beats? As in the patterns as well as the synchronization?. It seems that retraining rhythm could be beneficial for those who can't box. I tried to have my wife use a set of maracas and do various patterns. But she would not take my idea serious. But with the more I am reading and trying to understand the concept of Neuro-modulation its making sense to me

Hi!

I started on binary beats about a month ago and definitely find they settle my body overall.

I use this site:

I'm not sure those are binaural beats. They say "Spooky2" on them. Spooky2 is Rife.

Again thanks. I had the sense when it came up in my search for binary beats and Parkinson’s. I will just use the other link with the 40 hz. Don’t want to encourage this Spooky2 stuff. I should have listened to my original sense then looked into it.🙄

I’ll also delete the link on my post.👍🏻

if walking is difficult there are videos that use methods like tape on the floor at intervals or laser pointer lights to make it easier
