What dose, what type and for how long?

I was experiencing results first day on 33.3mg B1 as TTDF over did it. Now on 16.65mg of B1 as in half my cap TTDF cap. Note: TTDF taste awful don't take as power,

It was three or our years ago, I can't real the amount, it was the amount recommended at the time. Nothing happened for a week or two.

I would have thought Gcf51 would correct this acronym to the order or at least use the right acronym in newer threads.. so I'm surprised to see a more recent thread than this one and he still writes TTDF instead of the correct TTFD
