Any one using or tried a vibration device like the Theragun for helping with tremor?

i use a sensate device which vibrates and relaxes you to help meditation. Works wonders for me helping with anxiety and relaxing tremor.

where do you apply for best effect? I have left arm and hand tremor. Just experiment ? Thx.

i apply everywhere. I focus on arms, feet, but I play it by ear.
