hi, Ive been diagnosed with parkinson for 4 years and now experience restless leg syndrome. I also have less feelings in both legs. Recently I came across an article stating that vibration therapy may be of help for tremors and pain. Has anyone used this type therapy for similar symptoms? Can you share your thoughts on this matter. Can you also provide name of company for this product.
Thanks...!

We pre-ordered the SteadiWear glove, which is supposed to ship this month. You can find info online Also, for restless leg syndrome, a friend suggested Night Time Leg Calm, by Nature’s Inventory. It is a liquid “Wellness Oil, a blend of several oils that you rub on your back, spine. It really works for me . You order from their online website. USA made in Washington state
Have you tried magnesium? I give it to my husband (Magtein type, they all seem to be 3 pills as one dose) divided between dinner and before bed. He has REM sleep disorder. I also rub Mag oil (I use LifeFlow) on his feet at night since Mag is better absorbed thru the skin), Studies show most of us are deficient in Mag anyway. I also give him CBD's (CBN and CBG) at night (started at a low dose) and it seems to help up to 75% or more for his leg movement.
I've been using a plate vibration machine for a while first thing in the morning when my muscles are really stiff also you can stand or sit or do your arms in a press up position wouldn't be without it
I agree 100%! I try to do mine every morning also. It helps with the anxiety, muscle pain and stiffness, and just a little bit with my tremors. When I'm standing on it, I try
I have a Pinty fitness vibration machine. Looks like the picture just Jeff posted. I got it on Walmart.com. it has a platform you stand on and handles, sort of like a mini treadmill
I have Parkinsons and was having the symptoms of restless leg. I purchased the "med foot massager" at our local Cosco since it was on sale. See medmassager.com/ . I can't say that it will help you, but if I used it for 15 minutes while watching TV before going to bed it seemed to calm my leg and let me get to sleep. And if I recall correctly, there was a two year study that apparently offered some evidence of efficacy, see the following for that comment: medmassager.com/a/blog/mass... .
Thanks Rejik, this is very useful information for me concerning RLS. You seem to be talking in the past as if you had this problem and you had Parkinson. Could you specify this please.Mathieu
