I get pain on my left side going up and down. I have ended sleeping in my loose bra. If I don't it feels like it is pulling and it hurts. Don't know if that may help. Mary

yes I have had it very severely. I went to Chinese chiropractor who gets a special stick & presses all over the left side as that’s where I get it . I have been several times and it has certainly given me a lot of relief . I press hard now too on myself to get relief and also put a heat pack on gut or back

In milder cases, magnesium chloride oil spray will reduce or stop muscle cramping. Available on Amazon or vitamin shops.

I occasionally get abdominal muscle cramping-usually associated with exercise or sneezing. I knead them out with my thumb or fore finger and try to do focused relaxation. Sometimes it’s like playing whack-a-mole.
