Have you read Dap1948 's book are you a member of her Facebook page? Are you taking sublingual the right way? Most don't need more than 1 sublingual a day.

yes I have the book, but she suggests starting doses, every one is different . It is difficult to get injections every week. I was hoping jumpstart with injections then just sublingual, but her book is not clear when I reach the “ point” maybe I will just go back to sublingual
Thanks
After 4 months any time now, but if you want to continue with injections, get B1 from a compounding pharmacy and inject yourself.
Have you noticed any benefit from B1 at all? If so, what benefits have you noticed? Have you noticed if symptoms have improved and then regressed or even worsened? If so, that would have occurred just after you reached your optimal dose. You need to give a bit more information in order to get the best answers.

my problem is that today, after a poor night of little sleep, I am tired, no energy, and wonder if this is regression, we will see tomorrow, whether it is lack of sleep or regression.
I think it is time to stop injections, I live too from injection site , and stick with sublingual
Thanks
Dave
you could be overdosing! You’re on a very high dose and talking of disturbed sleeping… key signs. Do you belong to our Facebook group? Lots of discussion and help there

stopped all b1 for four or five days, finally had a good night sleep, Today I took half a sublingual tablet. Just heading out for a walk, see if I have regained more energy.

We suggest a break of 1-2 weeks to allow thiamine levels to drop enough. You may find that you overdose again by restarting too soon, albeit at a lower dose,
Do your due diligence. There is no manufacturer that makes a "sublingual" b1. "Superior Source" b1 is not a "sublingual" form of thiamine. It is merely a fast dissolve tablet absorbed through your digestive system, the same as any oral b1 hcl. Become informed, call the company yourself and they will tell you the same facts regarding its digestive absorption(not direct), that I have given above. As some here preach, it is not absorbed directly into the bloodstream via sublingual or buccal administration. On their site they even state that they may be swallowed. I personally take b1 hcl. I have no horses in this race, but I find it quite amazing at the amount of misinformation circulating regarding something that does not exist. If it works for you, great! But, don't be influenced by people spewing non-truths.
I emailed Superior Source regarding whether or not their B1 is absorbed under the tongue or after swallowing in the digestive system, and here is their response: MicroLingual is our marketing name instead of sublingual which is technically a drug delivery system. We make no claims as to under the tongue absorption; however, B1 is absorbed very effectively in the gut, so not a real issue.
