I started taking 100 mg sublingual last Saturday and plan to take it three days a week on M-W-F following the protocol in Daphne’s book. I’ll monitor symptoms and anticipate positive results.

hi I live in the uk & have just finished reading daphne,s book on b1 therapy .I intend to start taking the sublingual tablet but have had no joy in finding a a supplier so far I will continue with my existing pd meds which are amantadyne, pramipexole & apomorphine which I inject subcontaneously24/7 I am male aged 76 & in my 23 year of pd. my off/on periods are about 50/50 but more severe in the offs sometimes not being able to move at all. I look forward to reading about your experience with b 1 & wish you all the luck!
