just wondering if anyone in this group has tried this therapy used and promoted by an Italian neurologist to ameliorate non-motor symptoms in Parkinsons patients. ( High dose Vitamine B- either administered by injection, pills or sublingual tablets. I couldn’t find any studies on the NIH website either. Sometimes there are at least studies on these alternative therapies but i couldn’t find any at all.
Anyone here tried High Dose Thiamine (B-1) ? - Cure Parkinson's
Anyone here tried High Dose Thiamine (B-1) ?
If you search on here for B1 HCL you will find a lot of data
Hi there! My friend has been faithfully using the B1 protocol from Daphne Bryan. After 8 months no noticeable improvements. He is on his own which makes it difficult to monitor and evaluate. Still there are also positive testimonies. Seems to help some but not everyone.
look at the top right ,see that magnifying glass Search Health Unlocked . Enter B1 or Thiamine and search . You will find at least 500 posts maybe more, some with 50 replys from some of the smartest people in the world who are slightly senile and mostly crazy. Good people all. Good luck , welcome to the forum . Please continue to post.

HiI would recommend you read the book Parkinsons and the B1 Therapy by Daphne Bryan who is herself a parkinsons sufferer. Excellent book with all the information you need on B1 Therapy. There are at present no recognised clinical trials but lots of evidence on the positive impact of B1 and Parkinsons. I have been taking it for 8 weeks and seen an improvement in symptoms.
My sweet spot is 1000 mg B1 hcl oral.
I recommend Dap1948 ’s book and her Facebook Group.
I gave it a shot being fairly careful with building dosage over longer periods of time. I had no noticeable improvement.
