I started today, taking 100 mg B 1 sublingually. It’s Recommended to take three times a week [M, W, F]. I’m thinking of starting with today and tomorrow, thenSkip one day and then go Every other day.
Wondering if some folks are taking 100 mg three times a week sublingually and how it’s going for them? And what is their experience with the best dosage for them? Please share some details of your experience

have you read Daphne Bryans book for easy to read full information. 100mg sublingual MWF used to be the standard start dose but many of us find that is too much and creates overdose symptoms so I feel if you take 100mg every other day it will be way too much. Suggest you start with 50mg MWF and if after 6 weeks no improvements then consider increasing slowly. Patience is needed to achieve success.
Very practical advice thank you. I’ll start the first week or three times at 100 mg. If that’s too much, I’ll come back and you have experience and an helpful idea.
On second thought, I appreciate your recommendation comes from the experience of several folks . so next Monday, Wednesday Friday, I will cut back to 50 mg.
i’m curious what symptoms you experienced when you had taken too much?
My overall symptoms increased. I had more tremors. I am just taking a break this week. I was at 50mg MWF for 4 months. Now I will wait and try 2 times a week.
Have read Daphne's book and researched as much as I can about B1 but have been hesitant to start due to possible worsening of symptoms until correct dose is found. I am having trouble getting on facebook. We have decided to start on Oral Hcl vs sublingual. Can someone in the know tell us a suggested starting dose?Daphne 's book suggests 500 mg once or twice a day, but I am seeing more people report that starting with less is better.
Appreciate your help in getting us started and I will eventually figure out my facebook issues and get on the B1 group
I don't know but I do know to start low and work up.Any overdose symptoms have been slight because I started low.It builds up in your system over time. That's why I need to lower it a little more.
