My Sweet Spots(1): Alinamin F (TTFD) - 20mg, Thiamine HCL - 1100mg. I would have bet that since Alinamin F crosses the BBB, it would work much better. My mood and mental clarity is better but there seems to be no other differences in relief of PD Symptoms. I am currently taking 20mg Alinamin F 3 days a week and 1100mg Thiamine HCL 4 days a week. My better mood or clarity doesn’t dissipate if I take 1100mg Thiamine HCL for a week. You may ask why both; Alinamin turns into TTFD during digestion. TTFD requires a methyl donor and causes an unpleasant taste in your month.
+/- Update 4/26/23: Tremor (better), sleep (good), energy (good), drooling (better(2)), coordination (improving(3)) and BP (good)]. The largest improvements with ALINAMIN F have been mental charily and mood.
1.) Antsy and Neck Pain increased so decrease to actual sweet spots. had recently increased my sweet spots—I wanted to see if I had return of symptoms taking both at a higher dose. (It was wrong of me to refer to these increased doses as sweet spots.)
2.) My understanding of drooling is you don’t realize you need to swallow, overactive glands do not cause it.
3.) Coordination [my opinion, my brain-body needs to relearn the current connection speed (feedback loop)]. Mouth full—swallow. My heels have a tendency to get stone bruises. I brought new insoles (padding), I am at the store; they have some with a new feature—stabilizing support, sounds good, Oops… I walked drunk—I had to relearn to walk. Would I benefit from dance or boxing lessons—no question!!!

Edited 4/28/23: Changed doses to actual sweet spots. My neck pain was returning and I was feeling antsy. It was wishful thinking that I might be able to take more of 2 than 1.
