Bryan Johnson Blueprint Protocol: Can reversing or at least slowing our biological aging processes reverse or at least slow Parkinson’s?

Billionaire tech mogul, Bryan Johnson has the most intense abs test based anti-aging protocol I have ever heard of.

I firmly believe that regenerative medicine and test based anti-aging individualized protocols are what is needed for disease manifestations like Parkinson’s.

He is an interesting and inspiring man.

He seems self obsessed frankly and has a rational but pitiful fear of the inevitable. What have the following in common: Julius Caesar, Leonardo Da Vinci, Einstein and FDT got In common?

Better minds than Bryan’s haven’t been able to cheat aging/death.

Whether or not he is likable is not the point. He has a whole team of doctors creating his protocol. Learning about the research and science behind the protocol was the point. Better minds than Bryan’s did not live in the time of the current science backed regenerative research.

My apologies Apple. I think that I got out of bed the wrong side this morning. 🤔. But I will say this: sadly nature needs us to die which isn’t what we really want to hear because our egos are involved. But if one can think objectively, then it’s obvious. Only by our demise can the younger generations grow and thrive. It’s how the system was devised (if you believe in God), or has successfully evolved (if you don’t). 😊

Health span not life span. That’s the point.

I’m not ready to succumb to dying on schedule as you propose seeing as I have an old persons disease in middle age.

No sense in continuing this as we have opposite approaches and philosophies. I’m determined to find ways to extend my health span and will devote my reading and energies to that. Cheers

Thank you for posting this. You’re right it’s a fascinating & relevant topic & I absolutely agree with every word of the second paragraph.

The question of longevity for its own sake is a different & more complex one. We are designed to want, which gets a bit dull after a while. I wonder if that’s my damaged dopamine system speaking🤔. Either way, as long as my Dad doesn’t have to bury me I’m happy enough. (Insert Keith Richards joke here).

Thanks again & take care.

I finally looked at his web page. That is the most detailed insane genius thing I may have ever seen. It is nice that some of his supplements are in my stack. Thanks for sharing.

I may try this plan. Step One: Become a billionaire!

I think we can find some good info in his protocol. He has a team of 30 doctors. I don’t think it’s self absorbed as someone said. I think he is sacrificing himself and his wealth to be a trial of one and he generously shares his 2 million dollar protocol.

As a disease of ageing that could in theory affect everyone if they lived long enough, I highly suggest that billionaires intent on living longer put resources into Parkinson's Disease research (hint hint.)

Medical science has made great success in extending the length of our life expectancy but unfortunately the quality of life in those added years is not improved accordingly. iT may very well be that tonics or some type of exercise may be the key and if some multi -billionaire wants to find the fountain of youth ,great ,more power to him. Dont send him any money

yes, we need improved Healthspan. The improving of lifespan without the improving of Healthspan has been catastrophic to society functionally speaking, emotionally and financially.
