May be you suffer a lack of power to move or your muscles are diminishing progressively? Than you may try it.. It is one of the most anabolic plant based steroid that not only helps with muscle and strength, but it can potentially benefit the mind as well. And it isn't banned in professional sports! You can find a lot of info in the Net about it and it is available under different brand names. In fact this is one plant source: Ajuga turkestanica extract which is perceived to increase the synthesis of muscle fibers, reduce body fat, lower blood sugar and cholesterol, positively regulate immunity and PROTECT THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, with anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and anti-stress, antibacterial and other biological activities.

I am on it already 4months and I feel better and stronger and I can see and feel my muscles.. 😊 It does not replace your medication, but it can help you to drastically reduce it if combined with serious exercise program! NO side effects! Highly recommend to try!

Interesting! I will look into it. "The ecdysteroids further enhance protein synthesis and prevent hormones that impede muscle growth like myostatin and cortisol." outlookindia.com/outlook-sp...

I like preventing Cortisol. Will dig deeper.

Very interesting and thanks for sharing. Apparently this is a stimulator of Nrf2 which means it is important to not overdose.

I did find some studies of this and Parkinson's. Unfortunately they all involved pretreatment and so were not good evidence, especially as compared to your report..

Many brands are available. I was advised by my coach to take TURKESTERONE – MUSCLE JOLT (100% AJUGA TURKESTANICA extract, standardized to 10% Ajuga Turkestanica), caps 500mg. My dose 2x1 caps after some meal, morning and early afternoon.

Hi ! Do you cycle on and off the turkesterone?

Cyclicity is recommended. I talked with people having relevant experience and the general advise was three to four months on followed by one or two months off, then repeat at discretion..

Thank you for posting this. I have also discovered a hormone called DHEA and DHEAS, which help to regulate the central nervous system. The results of my saliva hormone test showed my DHEAS level at 1.8ng/ml, alarmingly low. I have started taking DHEA supplements and I hope this helps to heal the brain.
