I watched the whole video. I would also appreciate somebody's summarizing it. What I took from it was that exercises really important and obviously plays a role in delaying progression of Parkinson's.

Does he not say WHICH exercise? He kinda promises in his title to narrow down on the best...or is it all that time to say: 10-20 (minutes I assume :o) walking?

As I recall, the doc mentioned ... boxing... swimming... biking... walking and i really loved his tip on 'exercise snacks' = very small amounts of exercise (1 minute) --- many times throughout the day... it ADDS UP, the doc says

The point I took is that it doesn’t matter which exercise as long as it’s vigorous- you need to be panting and out of breath. He suggested that the best exercise is the one you will stick too! The research was in benefits of 30 minutes 3 x per week but the Dr advised exercise every day. Exercise could be split into ‘snacks’ so 6 x 4 mins rather than one 30 min block. He said that for some but sadly not all this exercise slowed progression and reduced symptoms as effectively as medication.
