We have heard that brisk walking can be good for people with or without Parkinsons. Would anybody like to post their favorite walking songs or palylists? Here's one that got me swinging my arms today. Enjoy!
I wanted to suggest this one which is, Ellington at Newport 56 and the song is, diminuendo in blue and crescendo in blue. I think it swings a little too hard for a walk. A person could hurt themselves... the next track is called riot, that'll tell you something. youtu.be/PYgow060zOg
Another favorite. This one's great to watch because these guys are all in. The only video that made me want to be a drummer.
I hope these links work I've never done this before. If the second one doesn't work it's cee lo Green and Daryl Hall at Daryl's place, I Can't Go for That.
HOLY FNCKB@LLZ! What a performance on the Darryl Hall Cee Lo Green jam! I am floored! And of course, The Duke is always amazing! Thanks for sharing, I am blown away!
I have a playlist of 425 songs that I created for the treadmill. About half of the songs are foreign language. Every day that I do the treadmill I move the songs I listened to, to the bottom, so every day you play this playlist the songs at the top are different.
I spent about 5 years putting that list together. Every night I would do the treadmill for an hour, and my reward was getting to look for new songs. Eventually I ran out of english songs and started searching by country. It's fun.
hey there Bolt, I know I sent you private messages but for some reason they are not showing up on my device. Everyone else's do. No idea why, so if you sent me a message back and I havent replied, thats why. HealthUnlocked support is totally ignoring me on this, so I got no help. Cheers, mate!
I was originally thinking of calling it The Stephen Hawking Orchestra, but I realized that would be wrong. So "Dave's Robot Band, Dedicated to Cedar" was born.
