Since being diagnosed 2 years ago, my thyroid meds have been decreased 3 times. My most recent blood test had a jump in TSH from 2 to 14 which states I am once again under-medicated, but clinically I feel fine. Has anyone else had these fluctuations in blood results from an underactive thyroid? If so, do you know if sinemet could be messing up the results??

elevated TSH since PD diagnoses
TSH can be falsely read as elevated, or can be actually elevated with normal T3 and T4. It is how you are feeling and the T3 and T4 that count. If these are good the TSH reading should not be cause for trying to fix what is not broken.

Did you mean that your thyroid meds have had to be increased? As park_bear wrote, TSH alone is not reliable. I have been taking thyroid meds since 2001, my PD symptoms started around 2008 and I have had no real fluctuations of my thyroid levels in the past 12 years.
That’s puzzling. I’ve been on Levothyroxine since 1987. Nothing has changed since my PD diagnosis in 2018. I would suggest a full thryoid panel.
