hwp on B1 1000mg and the “NOW” Dopa Mucuna (3 capsules a day) also takes Vit D3 , Vit C and Zinc CoQ10/DMG 300/300. I am reading about glutithione now should I incorporate this into his protocol and at what Dosage does one start with?
He eats pretty well. Almost gluten free. Trying to be organic as much as we can.
