Interesting wikipedia article; I have not checked it out completely & am not endorsing its veracity.

Bradyphrenia is slowness of thought - I guess what people call 'brain fog'. The article has a section on Parkinson's and parkinsonism.

That is the opposite of Tachyphrenia (quickness of mind, racing thoughts) frequent among PwP known for their perfectionism, before the onset of the disease, therefore perhaps one of its causes.
