does anyone have off days with parkinsons? in the mornings my uncle before his tablets manages to have a shower get dressed by himself walk unaided and feels strong. then he feels washed out and rough afterwards until he's able to regain his strength again once his sinemet has kicked in.
does anyone else experience this?
he also has a condition called myasthenia gravis which is very well controlled.

My best time of day is immediately after awakening. Others have reported the same. It has been suggested that the brain accumulates dopamine during sleep and everything is great until this dopamine is used up.
