That's an awful lot of almonds!
I use Almonds flour instead of ordinary flour for baking as it's low in carbs, lots of recipes on youtube.
Interesting. Butyrate has mostly been alleged to be beneficial for Parkinson's although there is some contrary evidence:

I use almond flour in place of rolled oats for morning breakfast porridge. I add sunflower seeds, a few pumpkin seeds, wheat bran and red raspberries.
Can't say there's been any difference my gut health but it was okay to begin with.
That is a lot of almonds but could be used throughout different recipes in a day, aside from as a snack. Interesting. We have for years added chopped almonds, walnuts, brazils, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, poppy, into our breakfast but also I make a loaf that is all seeds and nuts and Psyllium powder instead of flour. It's delicious and Psyllium husk powder we find makes us less full and the overall loaf is better for digestion we find. Here's the recipe if you haven't already seen it. I sometimes add chopped apricots but you have to be careful not to change the recipe too much or it won't cut as well. I used only Psyllium Husk powder. It's super delish and as much as it is a Loaf, it's not so easy to cut it thin, it's more a yummy snack on it's own in thick pieces with a LOAD of butter drizzled on it hot out of the oven. (ONLY JOKING that last bit) 😜😁
My experience is that over a 10-year period regular consumption of raw almonds (about a handful per day) reduced the number of colon polyps found during colonoscopies.

I eat a lot of almonds. But they are rather expensive. Mannitol or Inulin for increasing butyrate seems a more affordable option.
