There is a thread circulating about broccoli extracts as a treatment for PD. I took Sinemet for two years, Never really felt it affect me for good or bad. But as I sit here I'm having a smoothie: Made with broccoli, Cauliflower, and just enough apples and bananas to cover the bitterness.

In the best spirit of support I (maintaining one's sense of humour) I don't think I can even try to sample your smoothie. It sounds like a regurgitated meal from yesterday. On a serious note I hope you can reap some benefit from trying it.
LOL. I’ve tried green smoothies before. I’ve learned the worst part was getting them past my eyes! They actually don’t taste half bad, esp. with a little pineapple to sweeten. (Just not after 8 pm.)
