Cruciferous vegetables are vegetables of the Brassicaceae family (also called Cruciferae). They are a family of flowering plants commonly known as the mustards, the crucifers, or simply the cabbage family. They include cauliflower, cabbage, garden cress, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts and similar green leaf vegetables.

no but they are much better than solanaceae , like tomato or potato.for mineral protein and vitamin , the reason is that plant are named for *carbon c3 “
The C3 plants grow more slowly and at low temperatures and therefore sign better orrganic compounds: both in the fibers and in the proteins that are more restive even if less rich in carbon, it is also seen by eye and mouth.This is very important. However I still prefer potatoes and tomatoes.
do you mean that I prefer tomatoes and potatoes, right? 😂 oh yes they are much better.The cruciferous vegetables are much healthier, if you eat cruciferous vegetables you do not get sick anymore in winter, you have a lot more energy and more continuous during the day and the intestine works very well, the vegans know something about it. I think this is the strong point of the vegan diet: eat so many crucifers. I think that some meat wants us.
I have not read much research linking cruciferous vegetables to improvements in PD in particular, but there is a great deal of research showing the neurological benefits of cruciferous vegetables in general. As a start to any research on the topic here is an entertaining and informative video:
Thanks Kia, this post makes us reflect on how much the cells are able to produce through very complex chemical reactions of the compounds that I think in the presence of deficiencies or basic imbalances are not optimal provoking in the body a dysfunction or a disease. A valid basis could be that by providing the body with all the necessary basic substances then the body itself will not have the deficiency and the disease, the vitamins all, and the minerals are the basic substances of which we often suffer deficiencies, and the vitamin b1 and b3 (nicotinic acid) would seem that at high doses they act as a catalyst for everything else. Obviously I have no scientific proof of all this, but it seems to me that others are not much better. All this with the aim of slowing or stopping neurodegenerative diseases.
I am unsure of your motivations. You joined Health Unlocked only recently and you make many comments with no scientific basis. The link you provided above is a non-scientific discussion of opinions, and your original comments on the first question are the opposite of what science says. I apologize for my lack of civility as the internet is a poor location for determining a person's intent and level of knowledge, but my gut tells me that you are not providing helpful information to PwPD, and I hope others see that.

I realize that English is not your native language so that presents a barrier for both of us, but my biggest complaint about the internet is that it gives voice to people who are not actually smart, hence Donald Trump gets elected, but reviewing your posts and replies I do not believe you have a clear understanding of the underlying etiology and pathology of PD.
