Has anyone tried intravenous NAD therapy? My doctor suggested that it might be helpful. It's expensive $350 for one treatment.

I use it. You can also get sublingual drops cheap.

Iv hydration centers will do it for you at a lower cost

First I got an IV of vitamins and minerals called a Meyer Cocktail. Then I received the NAD which took about 4 hours. I had a bit of stomach discomfort causing some diareha. That quickly subsided and the rest of the infusion was fine. I have seen no benefit or had any adverse effects. I will keep you posted if I notice any changes in my parkinsons from the NAD. I was diagnosed in May 2017 and have mild symptoms. I also am doing the B-1 therapy.
