I am interested in your opinion of Dr Greger's webinar on NAD+ supplementation. It is a lengthy presentation that you can download with this link, or download the cc version to read. I have been using NR in my stack for quite some time, and after listening to his presentation, it makes me want to give it up......

Dr. Greger's view on NAD supplementation
Not everyone subscribes to Dr. Greger's views. Follow your heart...
The critical thoroughness that Greger’s team uses to reviews peer-reviewed research is impressive. The way they systematically go through the research and present findings is a very valuable service. And they provide links to the original research so you can review it yourself. They also have videos that teach you how to critically evaluate research design and findings. I’m obviously impressed with the service he and his team provide - though the findings are often not what you want to hear.
You're a brave soul to listen to a 2 hour webinar.
IMHO, you are better off discontinuing these supplements.
I do not have a well-educated opinion on NAD+ supplementation, although I do have some skepticism.
Regarding Dr Greger: He continued to push for raising uric acid levels even after it was shown to be adverse in a large Phase 3 study that was halted for futility. The whole idea was mistaken from the get-go based on confusing association with causation, and Greger was all in. Details on that subject here: healthunlocked.com/cure-par...
I'm encouraged by the NADPARK study and am waiting for the NOPARK results. I'm still taking TruNiagen in the meantime.

Jim,Just a thought...
if NAD declines with age due to age related Mitochondrial dysfunction, wouldn't it make sense to correct Mitochondrial dysfunction using mitophagy and molecules like GlyNAC and Melatonin, instead of loading it with molecules which force the dysfunctional Mitochondria to produce more energy?
I'm a fellow vegan, and consider Greger an expert, but unwilling to admit when wrong. And that is a quality I'm not fond of in anyone, especially public figure types.
Not going to look at the 2 hour webinar...I will go with Park Bear & MBA.. .
