Has anyone used resveratrol, was it affective, and atwhat dosage.

I've taken it on and off for a few years. (Currently off.) While I think it's probably a worthwhile antioxidant, personally, I doubt many people feel anything from any one particular supplement. I take things if I think they are probably beneficial but I don't expect to feel anything from anyone of them . If they slow the progression, how would we know? Slow compared to what?
