what helps me is to write BIG and slow down. The faster I write, the smaller and less legible the writing gets. Numbers always look better than letters for some unknown reason.

I have Parkinson’s and I have not done the exercises. I have been changing the symptoms of the disease by concentrating on writing to overcome the limitations with great success. I have also returned to wood carving and painting to find that my mind is establishing alternative paths to overcome the problems with my small motor skills. My left hand tremors stopped when I held a piece of wood to carve remaining steady until I finished carving.

Attitude is 90% effective in dealing with most diseases including cancer especially when God is invited to intercede in your behalf by the prayers of others.

Yes He does. Best of all He loves us and expects us to love each other as we demonstrate our love for Him.

SuuSuu I love that you show interest in my post. When I first found I had Parkinsons I listened to the Neurologist. My gp thought I was over medicated. I was unable to walk on uneven surfaces. I fell down when I opened the corral gate and my horse normally charged through. On that occasion she stood still and allowed me to get up. It was a God Thing at that point I realized I had to fight the disease and remember that my gp told me that attitude was 90% effective when he told me I had colon cancer 26 years ago. Ever since then I have Parkinson’s disease it doesn’t have me!

If you do FAST WALKING every second day for one hour, you get rid of ALL PD MOVEMENT SYMPTOMS. I have been free of them since 1996

IF YOU ARE BEYOND LISTENING TO COMMON SENSE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL SLEEP FOREVER!

Time for your chill pill JP. I’m never beyond listening to ‘common sense’, it’s your incessant NON-sense that becomes tiresome.

thank you. My tremors make writing so difficult especially since it's my right hand that has the tremor. Wavy letters is what I get. Tried the Pen Again and it actually made it worse. Will try some of these. I miss writing so much.
