Recommendations on a good B-Complex?

After reading through posts regarding B12, B6 etc and recommendations from others, I am going to add a B-complex to mom's current supplements.

I am not sure which one to order. I have looked a few I am considering from Jarrows, Thorne, etc.

I would really appreciate any recommendations.

I prefer not to split up the B-complex into separate supplements because my mom already takes many pills.

Thank you for your help!

Pure Encapsulation's "B-Complex Plus"

I've tried various methyl b complexes, but PE's work the best.

I believe B6 (one of the vitamins in the B complex) should be taken away from C/L, at least 2 hours, right rescuema?

I’m thinking I need to find her a separate B12 because I can’t find a B complex with much B12.

There's 400mcg of B12 in the B Complex Plus, which is 16,667% of RDA. Most people shouldn't needs more than that, but if you're having trouble absorbing B12 through the gut route to keep the blood level up, then you might want to try a sublingual B12.

Thank you. I ordered her a B12 lozenge for now. I’m going to add the b complex next month.

Try Hardy’s daily essential nutrients. It will replace all other vitamins and minerals all in one supplement and it has been really effective for my husband.
