Does DBS improve sleep?

Has anyone who has had DBS found that it improved their non motor symptoms, especially sleep?

I have had DBS and while I cannot truly say that the surgery was responsible for better sleep, DBS has allowed me to become quite physically active and my sleep is better as a result of that activity. I did just take a sleep study test for apnea and will know the results of that. The test is aimed at not just length of sleep but deepness of breaths taken.

Oh yes for me. I never got a good night sleep till I had the DBS surgery
