I've read that lithium causes PD, is that the drug that has been used, or is this a natural lithium some of you taking. How do you no your low and if you are not, would it harm you. Thank you.

Hello akgirlsrock!
There are two types of Lithium: Lithium Carbonate which is a prescription med for Bipolar disorder and 2) Lithium OROTATE which is a supplement and can be purchased on line or health food stores selling supplements. Lithium Orotate is recommended for PD cognition. Search it on HU database.

My favorite subject! Well I'm sorry I don't have the time to write my usual thesis on low dose nutritional lithium orotate supplementation, but you can search my posts. I will say that it's been an absolute godsend ! Life changing!!
