Is anyone out there trying doxycycline for their Parkinson's. If so how are you doing and how long did it take to see results if any. Bubee

Never heard of taking doxy for PD. This is very interesting. I'd like to know how successful you will be - sounds good!

Have Generalized Dystonia I believe is turning into Parkinson’s. I’m on Doxy 100mg for laryngitis due to adverse reactions to Botox. Neurologist messed me up, couldn’t breathe almost went to hospital, didn’t want to be in life support. Stopped Botox. Seeing if Doxycycline helps. Can’t speak for 2 weeks now. Hope the best for you. Hope it works for both of us!!😃

Hi, Doxy is an antiobiotic. Can you tell me what symptoms this will treat as I've not heard of this for a treatment of Parkinsons. Have you ever had Lymes disease? Thanks

doesnt this mess up our gut as antibiotics kill the crittters in the gut?

I don’t think so in this lower dose. Many people have taken it for acne for long periods without problems. Buber
