Do I use simple maths for Thiamine HCL dose

I have already bought 100mg of Thiamine HCL

But Dr Constantini emailed me to take "3 tablets 500 mg (0.5 gm each)" in morning and lunch

Since I have 100mg, does this mean I should take 15 tablets twice every day?

Sounds scary and like i'm overdosing to take 30 thiamine hcl daily

Emailed Dr Costantini already but yet to receive an answer

Parkinson's is scary, not thiamin HCL

If you don't know you shouldn't have replied

I'm not joking around, just needed to know if 30 tablets daily is safe

safe yes, but a bit unpractical. Perhaps you can buy and combine it with the thiamin von Solar, they are 500mg pro pieces.....

I will look for thiamine von solar

no thanks ! Where do you live in the states ??

Concerning your other post about natural therapies >>>>>

Perhaps it is possible to get this kind of cannabis >>>>>>> the post of that person : Patrik Sjöblom >>>>>>>

parkinsonsnewstoday.com/201...

I also more and more think about it, to fly to the States >>> Duluth in MN >>> to speak personally with Dr. Marty Hinz, looks spectacular, but also relatively serious.

And some members of this forum use it : bassofshades // dumpelkin.......

Of course it is not cheap and it is a challenge and Dr. Hinz is also not a, like we say in Dutch : "unwritten paper", but perhaps in Amerika, you get quickly claims as a health professional.......

I think Janvan meant thiamine from Solgar. It's a brand and they make a 500mg pill.

I buy thiamine HCL powder and dissolve it in squash for my husband , the first lot came from USA and took ages to come then had to pay customs charges , just ordered some through EBay will arrive tomorrow, bought a set of digital scales that weighs in .5mg so accurate. He has 2g first thing about 5am before eating then 2g about 4pm before eating . Def having a positive affect, sleep is better and turning over and getting out of bed at night a lot better, he now doesn’t need help, I haven’t helped him for over a week, he’s been on thiamine 5 weeks 😀

That's great news. For how long has your husband been diagnosed? Have tried my husband on the Solgar 500mg tablets but he doesn't like taking them so I'm struggling to even get 4 a day down him! He's been diagnosed for 13 years and is now struggling to turn over in bed. Maybe the powder is the way forward (after he's finished the 200 tablets I just bought).

He’s been diagnosed nearly 12 years -,-non tremor dominant. I bought the capsules to start and he could not swallow them so I contacted Dr Costantini and asked if I could tip the powder into squash he says yes as long as it wasn’t lemon, orange etc ie not citrus fruit. Since buying the powder and weighing out 2g I thought it looked more than 4x 500mg powder from the capsules, it is, the powder from the capsules only weighed 1.75 g ! He has def improved since I bought the powder , also you don’t take in the extras that are in tablets/ capsules . Feel free to private message me if you need any more info 😀

I am interested in the powder Thiamine as I just ordered some from Amazon. My husband finished a bottle of Solgar 500 mg tablets, taking four capsules twice a day. I got Vitacost Thiamine this time as it is cheaper and has less additives. He had to cut back to three 500 mg capsules of the Vitacost brand because four made him jittery. Evidently the Vitacost had more thiamine in the capsules than the Solgar. So now I want him to take the powder but not sure how much he should take. I purchased a scale that measures grams. So do you think I should measure out 2g of the powder 2 x a day to replace 3-4 of the 500 mg thiamine pills that he is taking now?

I bought powder for my bro n I put it in yogurt or juice. Better in yogurt. Juice has a bit of a tang to it. But I figure if you have done a shot of vodka or tequila, you can do the Thiamine in juice!!! Just sayin’....😝. Good luck

Also. The powder is measured in 1/2 teaspoon for about 500mg. So that’s easy.

Dr Costantini said not to put it in lemon, orange or pineapple juice , we use black current juice as it’s a string flavour 😀

I’m also in the uk and buying the capsules is expensive at £19 for 90 500mg capsules. How are you finding the powder? The supplier? And could you please link or pm me the ebay supplier?

Thank you for the information and well done to your husband on the running. Inspirational

Yes. You assume correctly. B vitamins are water soluble so you’ll pee out anything you don’t use. Don’t be afraid. Good luck n God bless.
