Yes. Terrible diarrhoea with 500mg. Had to give it up.

Not me at 1, 2, 3 or 4 grams/day.

Solgar tablets definitely bother my stomach if I don't have a lot of food in my stomach and drink a lot of water with them but Vitacost capsules are fine...although I must admit I have not seen any real advantage in taking either of them.
