TRAVEL SIZE MANNITOL PACKETS/TRAVELING WITH MUCUNA

I'll be traveling and taking along mannitol powder, and mucuna tablets. I'm worried about custom etc. Any suggestions ? Has anyone encountered problems ?

Also, any sources for personal size mannitol packets ?

I take a number of different tablets.

Before travelling I transfer the tablets (still in foil wrap) into small zip-top polybags.

I photocopy an empty tablet carton to identify each polybag of un-boxed pills.

An empty carton is stapled to one of each information leaflet.

I write a 'health form' for myself, ie list of the meds as above with time of dose, my name & address, and contact details for next of kin, GP, and Consultants (with reference numbers) and details of overseas travel insurance.

All this goes in one tranparent plastic wallet, in my hand luggage!

My mucuna comes in a plastic container. I'll bring only the ones in their sealed containers, and print out the manufacturer's description, and my invoice from Amazon too.

Thanks for your help, the 'health' form is a very smart idea.

I just returned from traveling and in the end just took everything in its original packaging even though it was bulky. I also kept my insurance papers, which mentioned my Parkinson's, ready just in case. Of course no one asked anything!
