There was a much crowded research work on it back in 2011, but it was not taken seriously. I have noticed that whenever I take ibuprofen, I feel more stable and good.
Has anyone else experimented with it?
There is numerous scientific literature available showing that use of ibuprofen lowers risk of Parkinson disease, however no info is available on its use for treatment and slowing the progression.

"The study results suggest that ingesting an antioxidant, like vitamin C, before taking a NSAID may prevent cardiac cell death without interfering with the drug’s ability to provide pain relief."
Yes, you are right, but I am not sure if this would extend to protection of other kinds of cells in the body, thinking of kidneys. So, I would still be cautious.
I took it for years 600 mgm Ibuprophen. Overtime I began getting blood in my stool, general digestive issues. Since I stopped it that is all gone. Tylenol doesn't cause me problems..
Tylenol is far more dangerous than ibuprophen . Acetaminophen in Tylenol will cause irreversible damage to your kidneys. Only recently has research possible come up with a way to try to an counteract an overdose of Tylenol. Overdosing on a bottle of Tylenol will kill you in 3 days and there's nothing or very little anyone can do. Overdosing on ibuprofen while harsh and will make you sick won't kill you
