I have read alot about this and am very intrigued. Will talk to my doctor about it at next appt. However currently my symptoms are quite mild so may put off taking anything more for a while. Sounds like a wonder drug tho!

LDN should be available to PwP. There is no rational reason not to prescribe the drug. It is FDA approved. Off Label usage should be encouraged as it appears to be effective and has low toxicity. Big Pharma won't do it as there is no financial incentive. Its simply a case of MALIGNANT neglect. Imagine the threat of a drug that is cheap, boosts the immune system 200-300 % and has shown efficacy in other AutoImmune diseases such as MS. With reports of its effectiveness in stopping spread of symptoms for PwP, its time to get moving. If your neurologist won't give you a prescription, find another who will!

Hi Ramuu! Yes, I have been on LDN for about 7 months now. it has been an amazing transformation for me. I am taking 4.5 mg every night. Something to know about LDN is the fact that it works gradually, but it works. I have been so inspired by how well it works. For someone with MS, I am finally able to be outside in the heat and humidity without a cooling vest. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Positiveness !

Yes , I have heard from many that LDN works for MS , but I have PD , I tried for about one year with no noticeable improvements. Thank you very much, for the time being I prefer to stay with Ayurveda
