Hi yes I have been on LDN liquid since January 2016. It has helped with my brain fog ( as I call it) and with energy It also got rid of urticaria that developed twenty + years back. Did not stop tremor but maybe the longer you are on it the better.

I was on liquid form and my Max dose was 3ml. However few months back I stopped due to gastric probkems.

Yesterday reecieved the drops that go under your tongue which are purer than liquid and bypass stomach. Will let you know how that goes. Definitely worth trying there have been really good reports. Nothing to lose really.

Wish you the best 😊

My husband took it for 18 months in tablet form but has just recently stopped and found no difference.

Found this on-line which indicates it doesn't treat symptoms but stops progression.

Another patient with PD is a 48-year-old male who began LDN in December 2000. Because he was seeing no improvement in his condition (although he wasn't getting any worse), he discontinued LDN in early March 2002. He called Bihari in mid-May 2002 because he was now beginning to see, for the first time in over a year, worsening of his PD symptoms. In those three months, the disease manifested increased tremor and rigidity in the involved arm. He resumed LDN and over the following two months experienced reversal of the progression that had occurred off of the drug. He was also able to reduce his dopamine-analogue medication by two-thirds, relieving the depression that it was producing.

Interesting for sure if true!!!

I have taken it for nearly 6 years-PD Diagnosis for 20 years. I got DBS 3 years ago. I wouldn't be without LDN. Sourcing is vital. I like Skipp's Pharmacy in Boca Raton FL is great! Cost with mailing 4.5 mgm for 90 days is about $85

Low dose naltrexone apparently. Never heard of it before. I just take what they dole out. 😊

YES - my wife LIV has been taking 3 mg Low Dosage Naltrekson 3 mg for two years now here in Norway. Produced by a local company . Cannot say for certain how it helps and she will not give it up.

Yes, for about a year now at 4 mg daily from a compounding pharmacy. . I'm fairly certain it's helped at least with SIBO GI symptoms. Having also added high intensity daily exercise on my recumbent exercise bike over the last year, it's hard to tell which has improved my PD longer Ons, but I suspect that's a result of the exercise. Or both!
