Diabetes type 1 is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks the organ That makes insulin type two diabetes usually occurs in people who are overweight and have high insulin resistant so that the pancreas which makes insulin gets worn out and then cannot keep up with the bodies demands

Your target A-1 C depends upon your age so if you are less than 6065 years old your target hemoglobin A-1 C should be between six and 6.5 if you’re over that age then between seven and 7.5 is more reasonable you’re fasting blood sugar should be between 90 and 140 in the morning before you have anything to eat

You should avoid hypoglycemia at all costs because I was I see Mia is more dangerous to you then a little bit of elevation of your blood sugar if you get hypoglycemic then you should treat it with the readily available sugar

Artificial sweeteners maybe see for most people and are certainly a better choice than sugar if you have diabetes they’ve been on the market for several decades in no true association has been found between artificial sweeteners and your health
