like so many of you I was coasting along fine for years on Asacol then Salofalk and then this year without any obvious reason I’ve had two flare ups. The first at the start of the year, which I’m wondering if it was in relation to a virus I’d picked up. In the last week another flare up without any obvious cause. Thankfully a very excellent nurse specialist had loaded me up so I can immediately double my oral dose and start on rectal foam so I can try and limit the episode. It’s such a tiring thing and I’d forgotten how much the foam burns initially. But counting blessings for an excellent NHS and anticipatory planning of the CNS. Best wishes to all of you. Hope things resolve for everyone soon.
