Had crohns 30 years I'm 40 really struggling to keep everything tidy as always feeling very tired and have also got depression and anxiety and can't get any help any suggestions

have you discussed how you are feeling with your doctor? Are you on medications that could be contributing to the way you feel as perhaps there are some alternatives that could be tried?

Just always feel isolated hate going out incase I have bathroom emergency as I've had a few embarrassing moment's

Yes it's on and off but always have to rush when I need to go to the bathroom it just gets very tiring

I completely understand as I have gone through that as well but there are times, at least for me, when the urgency is not so bad. It can be a struggle at times. Your doctor should be able to get you on some type of medication that will help that.

I know how you feel but remember it’s not always like this we must carry on talk to your doctor or consultant I need to rush and have had mishaps so I really do understand

Thanks very much for your support I've been to hospital today to see my crohns specialist he wants to see me next week and check if I'll try a different treatment
