Out of nowhere today never had problems before I'm cramping bad feels like I got to go #2 but just mainly blood no procedures have been done

Hi thereYou must be feeling very concerned about your experience, please contact your Doctor ASAP it could be you might just have an infection but you need to have some tests done. Don't be embarrassed let your Doctor see the picture you have posted here, better dealt with sooner rather than later.
