Burning stools, but ice cream cools!

Hello my fellow IBDers! Do you ever get this sick feeling in your stomach after having a bowel movement that burns a bit? I found out recently that ice cream helps that feeling go away (maybe it’s just in my head) I know it’s weird, but does anyone else feel the same? 😂

Do you think you may have anal fissures? I wouldn't describe the sensation as burning though. When my fissures are really bad it feels more like try to pass razor blades 🥵

When I mentioned a burning sensation I was talking about my guts. I don’t really know how to describe it. I do know hard stools every now and then though 🤔
