Literally an hour ago I had beef for my tea and now I’m jerked over In massive pain.... I’ve never really taken notice of meat and the effects till recently and now I’ve pin pointed it’s definately red meat that literally kills me!! Anyone else have this problem and still able to eat white meat and fish?? I’m not a massive meat lover if I’m honest but I do eat fish but have been cutting that out recently to eliminate what effects me so now it’s a no no to red meat I can try with fish next.....

Are you sure you have considered the ingredients that went into the beef prep. Spices, oils, condiments etc...

Yep simply just plain sliced beef ive cooked everything bland no added spices etc. Basically gone back to basics of meat and 2 veg as such.

I would suggest that you give the meat a break of 4 to 5 days but then try again and see what happens. From a healing position meats/fish are really important.

Pure veg has little calories and I would suggest a log to tot up calories taken, just to avoid losing weight whilst your body is digesting sub-optimal.

Beef is probably harder to digest than white meat or fish. I loved steak and mushrooms, but they are off the menu now. There's plenty of other tasty food to eat, but if you can't do without beef, maybe try cooking it long and slow in the oven so it gets very tender.
