Prednisolone immune system advice

Does anyone know how long after stopping takin prednisolone your immune system takes to bounce back? I’ve been on them for 8 weeks on a taper from 40mg to 5mg but finished on Friday. Prior to the pred I was on weaker steroid for 3 weeks so in total have had steroids in my system since January. I’m wondering if I’m going to be classed as vulnerable now and the government advice doesn’t help me figure that out. I guess I’ll wait to find out but if anyone knows the answer I’d be grateful if they could let me know!

No advice but I’m in the same boat. I might try and ring my consultant today and see what he says so if I do I will let you no! I’ve got another 3 weeks left on my course

I’ve just completed a 5 day 30mg course of prednisone. I was wondering the same.
