Can protein powder and protein food like eggs and meat cause internal hemmoroid bleeding?

My husband has started having post workout protein powder after gym, and is having eggs with other foods as well , now he is having bleeding while having loo.

He has IBD but not identified yet, we have appointment coming monday.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Protein powder shouldnt cause bleeding. Could it poss be the haemorrhoids just bleeding perhaps due to increase in blood pressure from exercise. Is it definately from haemorrhoids ? or from the IBD.
